CHEKKER is a patented meter that generates a two-digit control number in its index. The number is generated mechanically and the system requires no maintenance. This control number is coded. When the meter is read, a control number is registered, which, with the help of a software module, allows the user to check whether the meter reading is correct or incorrect.
