Heat exchangers
A gas heater / heat exchanger is a device in which heat is delivered (transferred) from one medium to another. They can be made by touching and separating the media with a partition, a pipe wall, etc. Which prevent their direct contact.
The surface of the heat exchanger is made of tubes, so these heat exchangers are called tubular heat exchangers.
Depending on which procedure is primary, ie. Whether we want the main medium heated or cooled, we divide heat exchangers into heaters and coolers.
The materials used to manufacture the heat exchanger are usually steel. They can be non-alloy, low-alloy, high-alloy steel and cast steel. Pipes for the production of heat exchangers are made of aluminum and its alloys, copper and its alloys, as well as carbon, low-alloy and high-alloy steel. The gas heater / heat exchanger is protected by the anti-corrosion effect of surface corrosion, the aggressive influence of the atmosphere, condensation, etc., according to the corrosion protection procedure.
