Medium pressure regulator J125

J125 controller range for service applications where precise pressure control is required. Ideal for industrial pressure reduction, measuring stations and for district distribution. Inlet pressure range of 70mb – 8.6 bar. Sizes ¾ ”, 1” and 1½ ”are available with screw connections, sizes 2” are available with screw or flange connections.

The J125 can have a full or limited capacity safety valve. Can be supplied with Universal Safety Lock Assembly (USSA). This provides protection against overpressure and / or underpressure. It gives exceptional consistency of work and unsurpassed insensitivity to interference. All units are suitable for natural gas, liquefied gas and produced gases. Various versions of this controller meet the requirements of BGC / PS / E26, IGE / TD / 10, DIN3380, DIN3381, Danish DGP, BS3016 and numerous international specifications. The USSA unit is designed to meet the requirements of the BGES / V9, TN02, DIN33822 and DIN3381 standards.

1½ ”and 2” J125 is approved by BSI for module B + D PED 97/23 / EC (notified body no. 0086). It is classified as Category IV equipment and pressure additive.
