Insulating flanges-welds of nominal pressure PN 16 are made in sizes DN 25-300 in accordance with DIN 2470. Throat flanges comply with DIN 2633.
They are used in pipelines, gas pipelines, oil pipelines and other pipelines that need to be protected from stray currents. Experience shows that this type of insulating flanges is very successfully used in cathodic protection of these installations, and their installation prevents the conduction of current up to a voltage of 5000 V. The test voltage is 12000 V. They are installed in pipelines through which non-aggressive gases flow up to 60 ° C. .
Insulation flanges are made of materials listed in Table 1, and at the special request of the customer we deliver the same according to other standards.
