They are made and tested for impermeability according to DIN 30690-1 and Technical regulations for the manufacture of pressure vessels (G 498). The opening and closing system is flanged and easy to implement, and allows easy and safe replacement of filter cartridges. Gas inlet and outlet connections can be made at the request of the customer depending on the type of control and measuring station. The gas filter has a connection R 1\/4 “for the installation of a differential manometer or R 1\/2″ if pressure gauges are used instead of a differential manometer (manometers are not part of the filter and they are ordered separately). There is also a connection for the discharge of impurities and condensate.<\/p>\n
After the gas enters the gas filter, due to the change in the direction of flow and the speed of the gas, larger impurities are separated and collected at the bottom of the filter. The gas passes through the filter cartridge, where the remaining impurities up to 5 \u00b5m are separated.
